Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account and using Pymebot, you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Pymebot is a platform that allows you to automate customer service through WhatsApp and Instagram using AI-powered chatbots. The service includes: conversational bot, CRM, product catalogs, Flow Builder, industry templates, and analytics.

Pymebot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue service features with reasonable notice.

3. Registration and Account

• You must be over 18 years old to use the service.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You must provide truthful and up-to-date information.
• One account is personal and non-transferable.
• Pymebot reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Plans and Pricing

Current plans and pricing are available on our Plans & Pricing page. Pymebot reserves the right to modify prices with at least 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

5. Free Trial

• The Starter plan includes a 7-day free trial without requiring a credit card.
• Pro and Agency plans include a 14-day free trial.
• At the end of the trial, your account will automatically downgrade (or cancel if no payment method is provided).
• No charge will be made without your express consent.

6. Billing and Payments

• Payments are processed through Stripe and charged at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annual).
• Invoices are available in your settings panel.
• Applicable taxes (VAT) will be added according to your jurisdiction.
• If a payment fails, we will retry in the next 7 days. If it continues to fail, the account will be downgraded to the free plan.

7. Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your settings panel.
• There are no commitments or penalties for cancelling.
• After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the paid billing period.
• Account data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation. After that period, it will be permanently deleted.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use Pymebot to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or illegal, offensive, or deceptive content.
• Violate WhatsApp Business or Instagram policies.
• Collect personal data from third parties without their consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract code from the service.
• Resell the service without express authorization (except in the Agency plan with white-label).

9. Liability

Pymebot provides the service "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will be error-free.

Pymebot will not be liable for: (a) losses arising from service interruptions; (b) damages caused by misuse of the bot; (c) the accuracy of AI-generated responses; (d) third-party policy violations (WhatsApp, Instagram).

Pymebot's maximum liability will be limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks, and logos of Pymebot are property of Pymebot. You retain rights to the content you input (FAQs, catalogs, flows). By using the service, you grant Pymebot a limited license to process that content for the purpose of providing the service.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after notification implies acceptance.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Pymebot's registered address in Spain.
